Another day, another signing.

This morning, we can confirm that Chatham Town shotstopper, Mitchell Beeney, has signed for the Nuts & Bolts.

The 6ft 6’, 28-year old goalkeeper, joined Dartford last summer, before moving on to Horsham and finally Chatham Town earlier this year.
The ex-Gillingham and then ex-Chelsea academy player, was capped by England at U19 level and brings a wealth of experience to the club.

Mitch has had spells with Newport County, Sligo Rovers, Hartlepool United, Bowers & Pitsea & Concord Rangers.

Keds quoted “Mitch is exactly what I’m looking for. He heads the core spine of the team. We’ve got experience right through the core. The balance of experience and younger talent is perfect.
Mitch is a commanding presence between the sticks, understands the system and will be a true leader from the back.”
