This Saturday 9th September 3pm kick off it’s our first of 2 home games in 4 days as we welcome Molesey FC to Homelands.

It’s not been the best start to the season for The Nuts and Bolts but there’s plenty to play for this weekend.

After picking up our first league result, last Monday against Sittingbourne, Ashford United sit in 22nd position on just 1 point, with this visitors in 17th place, having only picked up 1 point in their last 3 league matches.

The Surrey based side, situated not too far from Kingston-upon-Thames, are fairly familiar with the lower end of the table after finishing 19th last season, but not a team to take lightly, as they opened their season with a 2-1 victory over Horsham, who comfortably thrashed ourselves 6-0 in the Emirates FA Cup last weekend.

Whilst manager Jason Whitmore brings in a few new players during this transition period, it’d be an excellent time to remind fans to stay well and truly supportive of the team as we do host one of the best supports in this league, it certainly can make a difference when backing our lads from the terraces!
