Keep up to date with all goings-on here at Homelands Park.
Competitive football is back!
This Saturday 11th August we’re delighted to see the return of league football as we welcome local rivals Hythe Town to Homelands Stadium, 3pm kick off.
What a way to start the season! A fixture which saw plenty of drama last season, finishing 3-3 with a late come back from the visitors after the Nuts & Bolts enjoyed a 3-0 lead at half time. There will certainly be lots of excitement going into the match and we cannot wait.
A familiar face may be returning to Homelands as George Kamurasi should be between the sticks for the Cannons this weekend, having joined Hythe in the Summer after making over 100 appearances for United.
We’ve seen plenty of changes on the pitch in recent times, but Gary Alexander’s aim has always been to bring stability to the club. There will be lots of new faces on Saturday but this is the start of a new era in Kingsnorth as preparations for the 2018/2019 are over and we look forward to the season ahead.
Admission stays the same as last season, with Adults £9, Concessions £6 and Under 16s £1 (or free if accompanied by an adult).
The club shop will be open and hopefully will be stocked with this season’s new home & away shirts, which sold very well last weekend, along with the usual car stickers, souvenir programmes, pins & more! (Perhaps still too hot to purchase any club branded hats or scarves though!).
The club will be open from 1.30pm, we look forward to seeing you all.
Come on you Nuts and Bolts!!!
