Manager Jason Whitmore has updated us this afternoon on the fitness of his players going into this weekend’s match with Guernsey, starting with Max Watters.
“We are pleased that thankfully Max’s injury is not as bad as first thought. He’s sprained his ankle and should be back training in the next 3 weeks. We are looking forward to him getting back on the pitch for AUFC.”
Jason then continued with the rest of his squad.
“Pat [Kingwell] and [James] Fitchett will train tonight but Joe [Bingham] won’t be involved Saturday. [Cheick] Toure needs an assessment tonight whilst at training.”
Fuller was proud of his side’s performance following the opening day win at Corinthian.
