Biggest Game in United’s History

2012 Vase Winners v AUFC

Following the tremendous 2-1 win after extra time at Newport Isle of Wight on Saturday 16th January, we have drawn Dunston UTS fc from Gateshead in the North East of England at home at Homelands with the match scheduled for Saturday 30th January 2016 with a 3pm kick off.
Dunston are the 2012 WINNERS of the FA vase and will definitely be the toughest challenge yet to United in this seasons terrific Vase run. Dunston is some 332 miles away from Ashford as the cup competition now goes national. They normally have a very good travelling contingent of very vocal Geordies and it is hoped that Ashford will ring the turnstiles with extra supporters who may well be tempted to come and watch Ashford United FC in what is certainly the biggest game yet in United’s short history to be played on the newly installed Fifa Internationally graded 3g artificial turf.

It just remains to say “Come on you Greens”.
